I first got my interest in real estate when I was in highschool working with my dad as he bought, restored, rented, and sold investment properties. After I graduated highschool, I took a break from working in real estate and moved to SC to study business, finance, and ecomnomics at university. After graduating with a business degree, I joined back up with my dad who had now co-founded a property management company. 

 

I got my start on the team doing some bookkeeping, on-boarding new customers, and helping with property sales. I went on to receive my Strategic Listing Specialist certification (SLS) and have been involved in sales and property management throughout the Triangle. I am now also the licensed Broker In Charge of RentSafe Property Management, and recently became the President Elect of our local NARPM chapter after being a member of the leadership team for many years. I am also licensed in South Carolina and recently started a company with my wife called ReziTurn where we offer support to Property Managers, handling their tenant transitions to get properties rent ready fast and at a low cost.
